Crafting Time provides customer service to all our customers. This help is available on any questions you may have about a product we stock. This service is available during our normal business hours.
My Shopping Basket
As you shop, your goods selected will remain in your shopping basket for a period of 5 days, however when you checkout, you may find that the goods originally in stock may not be in stock. After 5 days your shopping basket will be empty.
If you have a discount code from a voucher, gift certificate or promotion; you will find it simple to use. Your discount code will be set up on our system and the discount will be automatically calculated once you have entered the code at the checkout stage. All promotion codes have an expiry date, so please check this before using them and when planning your next purchase.
The discount code will be made up of letters and numbers and you will be prompted to enter the code in the section labelled ‘Promotion Code’. Once the correct valid code is entered, the voucher will be calculated and deducted from the final order total. Please double check your order to make sure the amount has been calculated. If there are any problems, contact us.
Postage & Delivery
Postal Charges in the UK
Products ordered and to be sent in the UK is priced according to value. Some items may attract more postage due to weight and size, this is noted in the item description. Most of the orders when packed are based to be packed in a standard cardboard box.
Orders up to the value of £40.00 the P & P is £3.00
Orders that cost over £40.00 there is no charge for P & P
If you wish your order to be sent recorded Mail a charge of £3.90 is applicable irrespective of the order value.
Orders are sent by first class post - please allow 3-10 days for delivery. Please place a note in the message section if you would require Special Delivery in the UK.
Postal Charges to Europe
Orders that cost less than £15.00 the P & P is £3.00
Orders that cost between £15.00 & £35.00 the P & P is £5.50
Orders that cost between £35.00 & £60.00 the P & P is £7.00
Orders that cost between £60.00 & £100.00 the P & P is £10.00
Orders that cost between £100.00 & £200.00 the P & P is £24.00
Orders that cost over £200.00 the P & P is £30.00
Orders are sent by Air Mail - please allow 21 days for delivery.

Unusual Shape, very fragile or heavy items
Orders sent by airmail which are considered to fit the above description, such as heavy items (ie punches, tools, etc) there maybe an additional P&P cost. A note should be on the product description for your reference prior to purchase, however as we want to ensure that you do not over pay P&P, we will endeavour to ensure that your postage is the most cost effective and where possible ensure that you do not have to pay more than you need. When the order is ready to send we will email if there is any extra cost for P&P.
Please allow 3 - 10 working days for delivery though we normally can send an order a lot quicker.
We try and keep a good stock of items, however where we may be out of stock we will try to contact you to discuss if you wish for us to order the item or help with an alternative – we know that some projects can not wait! This will not apply with discontinued items or during sale events.
Royal Mail states that compensation claims for lost post cannot be made prior to 15 days after despatch. We therefore will only send out replacement orders or issue a refund after 15 days from the date of posting should your order not arrive. We will discuss the matter with you on an ongoing basis and it will be at the discretion of Crafting Time to replace the order.
You will receive an automated email to confirm when your order has been submitted ready for picking and packing.. If you do not receive your order within 15 working days from the date you placed your order or the date your order was posted to you, please contact us. We will assume that your order has been received in a satisfactory condition if we do not hear from you within that time. .
Refunds and Returns
If, when your goods arrive they are faulty or damaged, please email us within five days of receipt of your order. We will contact you with a returns number and request you to return the goods to us by first class post. We will refund the reasonable cost of your postage once we have received the goods. Goods returned without contacting us may result in no action until you contact us. Any shortages or discrepancies should be notified to us by email or telephone within 5 days of receipt of your order and we will work through this with you.
If you wish to return an item, you must advise us within 5 days of receipt of the product. The products must be returned unused and in their original packaging, suitable for re-sale with no damage. Please ensure they are correctly package
